James F. Redinger
Capt. J. Frazer Redinger became a hero. In the face of enemy fire, he ran to a vehicle, salvaged a 6--mm mortar and ammunition and destroyed an enemy anti-aircraft position. Today his Bronze Star decoration is treasured by his parents. The Captain was killed in action on the Belgian front January 21.
